However, on our website we focus on showing our documentary photography that captures the essence of the moment and shows the true emotion of the day. We want you to have beautiful memories that will last a lifetime and reflect the authenticity of your special day. If you would like to have family or posed photos please let us know and we will be happy to include them in our work for you.
WITH HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU WORK?
In general, at weddings, a photographer and videographer are usually hired to capture the most important moments of the day. In some cases, there may be an additional assistant to help with taking photos or recording video. It's important to choose a team of professionals who work together to provide you with an exceptional end result.
IF MY WEDDING OR PRE WEDDING IS OUTSIDE THE AREA, WILL WE HAVE MORE EXPENSES?
If the wedding or service takes place outside our coverage area, additional expenses related to mobility, accommodation, and food at the location may be incurred, which could affect the total cost of the service.
I WANT PHOTOS OF MY GROOM GETTING READY, DO I NEED A 2ND PHOTOGRAPHER?
If it is necessary to hire a second photographer to cover the groom and capture his preparations, an alternative could be for the groom to get ready at the same hotel as the bride, which can help avoid additional expenses.

In our photographic work, we avoid the use of extreme editing programs such as Photoshop or similar. Instead, we focus on photography programs that only allow us to make minimal adjustments to the images, such as color corrections, framing details and other adjustments necessary to improve the quality of the photography.

We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful, so we strive to make the entire process as easy as possible. When we work together, we commit to being clear and transparent from the outset. This means that we will provide you with a formalized contract that clearly outlines our mutual commitments and expectations. Similarly, we know that payments can be an important factor, and we want to make sure that you feel comfortable with how we handle financial transactions. Our contract will also include payment details and deadlines, so you know when and how to make the corresponding payments. ¿WHAT SCHEDULE ARE THE PRE WEDDING SESSIONS?
Regarding engagement sessions, we would love to work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs. Typically, engagement sessions are scheduled from Monday to Friday, but if you have any restrictions or commitments during the week, we will do our best to find a schedule that works for you, even if that means scheduling a session on a Saturday. If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled session, please let us know at least two days in advance so that we can reschedule the session for a more convenient date. We want to make sure you have the best possible experience with us and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
¿WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?
In regards to reserving dates for weddings, we understand that planning can be stressful and expensive. That's why we offer the option to reserve your wedding date with just a 30% deposit of the total cost. The remaining 70% can be paid up to one week before your big day, giving you a little more time to adjust to other expenses that come with wedding planning. If you have any questions or need assistance with payments, we are always available to talk with you and find a solution that works for your needs. We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your special day unforgettable.

To book our services for your wedding, it's essential to make a deposit as a reservation fee, previously arranged. This is the only way we can assure other couples that the date is no longer available and that they should search for another date.
